Still

(Reposted 7/7/2010)

Standing still, eyes closed, I sense you.
Laying still I feel you. Ever closer.

A touch, a kiss, the heat inbetween.
The energy coming off of skin.
A trace, a nip, giving in.

You breath and sigh a happy sigh. At least I think it is.
You breath and realize... the need for escape.
Letting go is not your way.

Traveling road

The picture above is of the Red River Gorge, KY. One of my favorite places to go backpack camping when the weather isnt too warm. Yes, it holds a lot of special memories for me and it always will.

BUT, in this picture you can see the dust in the background, because we had just drove up to this spot. The dust for me represents the past and it floating away, yet those are memories still in the air. And holding onto that dust are new memories, new experiences and growth. The wind will carry it to new settings and once again to stir and rise again and again. Always growth, memories and experiences in this incarnation.

Then there is the road. A road, in which barely two cars can pass. Its a road in which, that many have traveled and yet still have to travel. I have many roads I plan to travel and I hope that everyone will understand where I am going and how important things are for me. I am sure they will.

Thanks for coming along for the ride.
